Giving up a buck-20 is never a good look. But when you’ve got the best scorer in the league and a supporting cast of 5 other guys in double figures, you can get away with it.

Bottom line is if Carmelo and the Knicks can play as well as they have during this 12 game winning streak, they can beat anybody in the playoffs. Anybody. Including Miami. The question is, can they sustain this level of play? Are they peaking too early? Can they continue to play the way they have against playoff caliber teams night in and night out? Hard to tell – they’ve been hot and cold all season. But if they’re healthy and hot come playoff time, watch out.
