Florida Upset Nevada, Putting Me One Win Away From Spending a Whole Weekend in Vegas With My Best Pal Dave Portnoy #BudLightBusters

Last night was never a doubt. Florida upset Nevada and those posers that call themselves the Martin twins. Was I at all concerned that a 51-33 2nd half lead was trimmed down to just two with three minutes and thirty seconds to go? Nope, definitely not. Especially not when Florida’s head coach Mike White refused to call a timeout and regroup his guys despite forgetting how to play basketball and break a simple press. Well, thankfully Florida pulled away late and won by 9, putting me one game away from spending an entire weekend in Vegas with my best pal Dave Portnoy for his 42nd birthday. I cannot think of any other way he’d rather share it. Think of all the great memories we’ve had over the last year. Just two peas in a pod. The only thing separating us from having a great weekend are the Michigan Wolverines, Dave’s alma mater. This is just setting up for a great situation. Dave bets $300k on Michigan to beat Florida. Florida wins, then I get my ticket punched for Las Vegas. I see nothing wrong with this scenario!
