NY Post – Could model Hannah Davis be this year’s Kate Upton? Davis, a model for Ralph Lauren who has been seeing Derek Jeter, will make her debut in this year’s Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue. The shoots have just wrapped up, and we’re told green-eyed Davis, 22, made a “rare, huge first impression” on the SI editors for her rookie issue. Sources told us Davis could even be one of the beauties in the running for this year’s cover… Page Six spotted Davis and the Yankee shortstop out clubbing over the summer and meeting at the Gramercy Park Hotel in December.

Does EVERYTHING with Jeter have to be overrated?  Look, I’ve put as much time in as anyone over the years pointing out Captain Intangibles flaws and slapping his junk out of the mouths of the fawning press.  But no one has respected his sexual game more, either.  Fair is fair and I’ve given him more credit than anyone you’ll find.  While the world was masturbating like Bonobo monkeys over his 3,000 hit, it was I who celebrated his rise to the top of the Celebrity Babehound foodchain.   But let’s not get ahead of ourselves here.  Hannah Davis?  They’re mentioning Hannah Davis in the same breath as Kate Upton?  With that ratty Medusa hair and those fake Nathan’s hot dog lips that make her look like a Real Housewife of Beverly Hills? She doesn’t belong in Jeter’s Top 50.  And yet they’re comparing her to the goddess Kate Upton and putting her on the SI cover? It’s an outrage.  A travesty. I thought I’d never see a bigger miscarriage of justice than Jeter winning Gold Gloves, but this is one.  @JerryThornton1
