If You Want To Win Money Tonight You May Want To Read This Blog

Golden State Warriors v New York Knicks

Let me make myself very clear, I don’t gamble. Not only do I not have the money to do it, even if I did I probably wouldn’t because I’m a cheap pussy with a last name that isn’t exactly conducive to pissing away my hard earned gelt. However, I know there are stoolies out there that like to wet the beak so all I want to do is bring something to your attention that you may not be aware of should YOU choose to make the decision to put some money on it. Do NOT take this as me guaranteeing this as a mortal lock or anything like that, I know by now that’s bad business to do here at Barstool. I have done zero in depth research or anything like that. I just want to share with you some information that you may find interesting if you’re into that sort of thing. Again as a non-gambler I have no idea if this is a smart bet or not, I’m just relaying the information.

Today is February 27th. Pretty normal day right? Well, history tells us this is also a pretty important date when it comes to a certain basketball player named Steph Curry, maybe you’ve heard of him. What am I even talking about? Well you see, something weird happens to Curry whenever he hits the court on a February 27th. He kinda goes nuts

6 years ago he dropped 54 points and 11 threes, three years ago he had another 12 3PM. All I’m saying is as the Warriors are in MIA tonight to take on a Heat team that STINKS at home, and with Curry’s point total O/U currently at 28.5 something tells me he has a chance to continue this trend. That’s basically his average, and I should tell you he’s only passed that twice in his last 10 games, but I feel like that just means he’s due. Especially with Boogie out tonight. The Warriors are -9 favorites, so the one worry would be they end up killing the Heat and Curry barely plays, but the first time these two matched up earlier in the year it was a 2 point GS win and Curry played 36 minutes and had 25 points. Obviously that’s under what his total is at the moment, but again, you have to factor in the whole February 27th thing.

Again, I am NOT calling this a mortal lock. I want to stress one more time that I do NOT gamble and everyone always says that the NBA is one of the worst sports to bet on . This could very well not happen. But what I do know is Steph Curry turns into a scoring machine on this date historically and for those out there that might need a prayer to help you with your bookie/hole, I just wanted to bring this to your attention. Take this information and do with it what you will, I’m just trying to help*.

*aka I would like all the credit if it does happen and none of the blame if it doesn’t. I would just like that on record.
