Dance Moves Of The Year: DePaul's Rec-Spec Bench Mob Or The 'Fordham Pussy Patrol'?
Here I am watching some college hoops and I see Pantelis Xidas doing his damn thing on the DePaul sideline. Just dancing all over his haters who say he does nothing. Uh, it’s called being electric, ever heard of it?
But, around the same time I see Riggs tweeting from the Pup Punk concert and my God we have a dance off folks. I know they aren’t in the same room, but you can feel the energy from Tommy, Spider and Pantelis all together.
Let’s break it down here before we figure out the important question about who has the better moves. Pantelis starts with his standard move. Bunch of hops and arms going in an x-formation. But, then the beat builds and we get the hair flopping:
Then with the Fordham pussy patrol we have a lot going on. Tommy, I respect his game his self-awareness here. He’s a man that knows his bread is buttered with the shoulder movements. He’s like Kevin James in Hitch and just sticking to his area. He’s not trying to do too much. There’s something wonderful about that:
Spider goes a different route. He’s got a little Pantelis in him. He’s all about energy. He’s getting the crowd and band amped up. Arms are going. Then he breaks it out. The rolling arms. It’s an A+ move.
I think I’m going to give the slight edge to Pantelis, but we have three phenomenal moves here. So I ask you, who has the dance of the year?
