Bronx Man Threatens To Beat His 4 Year Old Niece With A Belt Because She Stole His Weed

Gothamist – A Bronx man allegedly terrorized his 4-year-old niece this weekend after he decided she’d stolen his marijuana.According to reports, 24-year-old Hugh Encarnacion was found Sunday afternoon by his sister standing over her daughter with a belt in his hands. When she tried to find out what was going on he allegedly explained, “She took four bags of my weed!” After Encarnacion’s sister picked up her daughter and tried to flee, her brother allegedly blocked her way, repeatedly. And when she tried to use her phone to call for help, he allegedly took it and punched her in the face when she tried to retrieve it. According to court records Encarnacion was charged with robbery, assault, grand larceny, and unlawful imprisonment, as well as endangering the welfare of a child.
