Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino Turns Himself In, Begins His Jail Sentence #FREESITCH

TMZ- Time’s up for Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino … the “Jersey Shore” star is surrendering to begin his 8-month prison sentence. Sorrentino’s attorney, Kristen Santillo, tells TMZ …he will turn himself in Tuesday to start serving his time at the Federal Correctional Institution in Otisville, New York.

Society is trash, man. With all the fucked up shit we’ve got goin on, we gotta throw Sitch in the clink? There’s racism and violence and sexual assault and drug crises and all sorts of other shit tearing humanity down and we need to incarcerate Mike Sorrentino for trying to get one past the government? Get the fuck outta here. I don’t know all the statistics about mass incarceration and jails being over crowded and ineffective, but I promise you whatever they are, the Situation is the poster child for the type of case that doesn’t require jail time. Nobody was harmed. He’s not dangerous. He tried to beat The Man and the Man won. Who hasn’t dreamed of trying to do what Sitch did? He’s not a violent guy. He’s not a threat. Just make him pay back his taxes and go be a productive member of society.

Because make no mistake about it, that’s exactly what Sitch is. He’s a national treasure. He’s provided endless amounts of legendary, unforgettable entertainment. He’s one of the top 6 guidos on the planet earth and for that I think you deserve preferential treatment. But society is fucked and life is unfair and so now Mike has a Situation on his hands. Such bullshit. Hold your head, Sitch! When you come home it’s right back to Seaside Heights where you’ll make millions of people laugh again.
