SYRACUSE TAKES DOWN NUMBER ONE DUKE IN CAMERON INDOOR

OH. MY. GOD. I don’t believe what just happened. Syracuse went into this game as the biggest underdog in school history at 17 or 18 points whatever you got it at. They were +1300 on the money line  Zion. RJ Barrett. Blah blah blah. How about Tyus Battle dropping his nuts all over the place with 32 points. Paschal Chukwu having the game of his life with 10 and 18, including some massive plays down the stretch. Elijah Hughes hitting huge shots everywhere including one from Syracuse.

Even Frank Howard showed up in the second half. What a fucking win. Jimmy Boeheim does it again. What a wizard.

And don’t tell me Duke didn’t have Cam Reddish or Tre Jones. You have the number 1 and 2 recruits and future NBA Draft picks and you got beat on your own floor. Feed me Duke’s tears. Unbelievable. The last minute of overtime I lost the remaining hair I had on my head. Duke was down 4 with 30 seconds left in OT and just didn’t take a shot for about 20 seconds. It was insane. Duke as number 1 in the country at home was 90-0 to unranked teams. That’s over now, folks.

I suggest a rule just for this year where if you beat Duke on the road you are automatically in March Madness. Before conference champions get in, they put Syracuse in.
