Does This Look Like the Face Of A Man Being Charged With Rape For Tattooing His Name Near A Girl's Vagina?

Huff Po – A 30-year-old Oregon man who allegedly tattooed his name near the vagina of a teenaged girl faces charges, including third-degree rape. An affidavit filed in Oregon’s Benton County Court states that the victim, who has not been publicly identified, told police that Matthew Abram Rader gave her three tattoos for her 15th birthday, including one of his name “near her vagina.” Police interpreted this to mean that Rader had engaged in a sexual relationship with the victim when she was 14 years old. In Oregon, sexual intercourse with a person under age 16 is considered third-degree rape. The victim told police that she had never revealed her true age to Rader. However, Oregon law states the fact that a “defendant did not know the child’s age or… reasonably believed the child to be older than the age of 16″ is not a viable defensefor rape.

I ain’t no lawyer. I ain’t no policeman. And I definitely don’t condone 30 year old men tattooing their names on 15 year old girls vaginas. But we’re kinda of making a pretty seriously leap interpreting giving tattoos to mean sex, no? And what does “near” mean? How near is near? Are we talking Deuce Deuce’s territory? Or just inner thigh? Hip bone? Did he get creative with it and use it as a prop like the Homer Simpson Pussy Tattoo? There are varying degrees of vagina tats that implicate varying degrees of sexual assault.

I mean don’t get me wrong – you take one look at this dude and there’s no doubt he has sex with underage girls. He has underage sex written all over him. Literally I wouldn’t be surprised if he has the words “Underage Sex” tattooed “near” his dick. But if pussy tattoos = rape then someone better be going to jail for sodomizing the fuck out of Deuce Deuces.
