I couldn’t not share this, especially as the end of the year approaches. It’s always so easy to say “I’ll start the gym next week, I’ll start the diet next week” and so on and so forth. Shit, I didn’t go to the gym for like, 3 years because I found any other excuse besides going. It’s SO much easier not to go to the gym than to go. It’s SO much more delicious to get a roast beef sandwich smothered in gravy than to eat a salad. But remember friends, no matter if it’s your weight, or a vice like smoking, or really any change you want to make, it’s not impossible. Look at our guy Vance. From 475 to 277 in one year. 198 pounds! If it was a leap year he would have lost 2 bills in a calendar year. Amazing.
And big time shout out to DDP. If you don’t know who Diamond Dallas Page is, here’s the cliffs- he was a professional wrestler, one of the most popular in WCW for a long time, who after he retired from the mat created his own type of yoga called DDP Yoga. And DDP Yoga has literally saved lives, including former wrestlers Jake The Snake and Scott Hall. People absolutely swear by it. And you can see Vance used it and by god did it work.
So hey. If you’ve been meaning to do something, no better time than the present. Or you know, wait a few days, clock hits January 1st, and drop down and do some pushups or eat a salad or start working towards that dream job you want. If Vance can do it, you can do it. Gosh bless.
