It Sounds Like Kyle Long Is Almost Ready To Return

Great news out of Halas Hall. We knew that Long was out of the walking boot last week, but it was unclear as to when/if he was still going to return this season. Bryan Witzmann has done better than I could’ve imagined and has gotten better every week, but having the leader of your team in the trenches is going to be huge in January.

He’s obviously not going to play until the playoff game, but getting him back into practice and game shape is important. Nobody on this team deserves this playoff game more than him and it’s going to be awesome to see him get his first taste of it.
