Beyoncé Performs At Pre-Wedding Festivities For Indian Billionaires
THR- Beyonce flew into India and dazzled guests at the pre-wedding festivities of Isha Ambani, daughter of India’s richest person, Mukesh Ambani, on Sunday in the historic city of Udaipur, in Rajasthan.
The Lemonade singer performed some of her biggest hits, including “Crazy In Love,” “Naughty Girl” and “Perfect” for guests at the glitzy event held at the luxury Oberoi Udaivilas hotel. Guests included Hillary Clinton, cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar and Bollywood stars Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, Aamir Khan, Katrina Kaif, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Abhishek Bachchan and a host of other Bollywood stars.
When you are the riches man in India you can fly in Beyoncé to perform for your daughter’s wedding celebrations. BEYONCÉ. Just a spectacular performance of some of her greatest hits. According to Forbes, Mukesh Ambani is worth a cool 43.4 billion dollars. His new son-in-law isn’t exactly slacking either.
Isha Ambani is marrying Anand Piramal, who also hails from a leading business family which runs the diversified Piramal group. Her father is reported to be worth $42 billion and is the head of the massive Reliance Industries conglomerate.
So collectively we’re working with a wedding where the fathers are worth a combined 85.4 billion dollars. So yeah. They can afford to have Beyoncé perform. I am DYING to know how much she charged for this performance? Rumor has it that her private booking starts at two million. Just a quick all expense paid trip to India to perform one night and make AT LEAST two million dollars. Hey, they could have paid her a billion dollars and it wouldn’t be any skin off their back. This wedding sounds fabulous to say the least. The guest list alone is crazy. The Clintons. Every Bollywood star. Of course Nick and Priyanka, fresh off their own wedding, were also in attendance.
