Derrick Henry Went Full Beast Mode For A Record-Tying 99-Yard TD Run

NINETY-NINE YARDS. 99! After a brief search on Google it appears there are only 100 yards on a football field. And apparently many people haven’t ran this many yards at once ever in the history of the game.

I haven’t seen Tony Dorsett’s run recently but I don’t know if he left a trail of dead Jaguars in his wake. Derrick Henry is a monster and apparently no one told AJ Bouye ahead of time. Which is very rude of his teammates and coaching staff hanging him out to dry like that. A slight heads up in the scouting report and that mere mortal doesn’t attempt to tackle that behemoth up high. And probably still have his dignity completely in tact.

I haven’t seen a stiff arm that vicious since, well, several months ago when Vance McDonald forced Chris Conte into retirement. I don’t know if this is the last we’ll see of Bouye but I’m sure he’s considering calling it a day after this mauling.
