Jaguars Fire Their Offensive Coordinator Who Was Tasked With Making A Good Offense With A Quarterback Who Cant Throw

What an absolute dumpster fire of a season for our beloved Jaguars. Just hit after hit after hit of shitty news. I never thought Nate was the greatest coordinator in the game but what is the guy supposed to do?

This season has really shown that Bortles can only complete a few types of passes on the route tree.

He can complete crossers, intermediate post routes, routes where the wide receiver sits in the zone, occasionally a wheel route, and dump off check downs. That’s really it. Nate cant call quick slants, WR screens, posts, outs, and nine routes because Blake cant throw them well at all. In fact, yesterday, the Jaguars were down 14-0. They came back and made it 14-14. 16 out of 17 plays were runs. The pass was to the RB. After those drives, they threw it twice. The throw was behind the WR and picked. Timing is off because Blake’s throwing motion has regressed so much. He starts his throws at his shoes. It’s baffling.
