It Looks Like It's Chase Daniel Time

Here’s the exact scenario you worry about when you have to play one of these Thursday night games. An injury that probably wouldn’t be bad enough to keep you out Sunday but is just bad enough that you can’t play 4 days later. It sucks, but that’s the way the NFL works and we just have to take our lumps along with it.

Chase looked poor early in the preseason but then came on strong enough later in the preseason to where I don’t feel bad about us going into Thanksgiving. He knows the offense and stepped in nicely for Alex Smith a couple years ago. We’ll need to lean heavy on Munch Howard and the defense, but if you’re crossing this off then go to Sbarros for Thanksgiving. Don’t need people like that riding for this team.
