A Note About Wombats And Their Poop Being Square

This story is going viral. Lots of people are asking me about it. I’m aware of the story. I’m aware of the shape of wombat poop. In addition to wombats, I have memorized the poop shape of every single marsupial in the animal kingdom.

“Kangaroos and Wallabies?”

Yes.
“Tasmanian Devils?”

yes.
“Bushy-tailed Opossum?”

yes.

“Cinderella Fat-tailed Mouse Opossum?”

yes.

“Well, there’s no way you know the shape of a Long-footed Potoroo.”

Yeah, I’m gonna study these gorgeous creatures for years and leave out the Long-footed Potoroo.

The long-footed potoroo is a species of potoroo found in southeastern Australia, in a small area around the coastal border between New South Wales and Victoria. It was discovered in 1967 when an adult male was caught in a dog trap in the forest southwest of Bonang, Victoria. It is classified as endangered and its poop is round droppings.

Anyway, I dont understand why wombat poop is huge news. Most Wombat Boyz have known about this for decades. Side note: including that they poop 80 nuggets a night seems a little too personal but that’s just me.
