Gas Money Bob's Week 9 Bears Preview

I wanted to come out talking shit about the Bills and how much better the Bears are but then I saw this video on YouTube:

After watching this I was like oh shit we have our work cut out for us. But then I came to my senses when I watched this video:

So back to talking shit about the Bills and what should be the Bears 2nd win in a row and make them 5-3 at the midseason mark.

All-Time Head to Head:

This will be the 13th meeting between the two franchises. The Bears lead the series with 7 wins and are going to make it 8 today. Trubisky vs Peterman might be the biggest mismatch in the history of professional sport.

Weather Report:

47 Degrees

Precipitation 0%

Humidity 57%

Wind E 10 mph

Inching closer to proper Chicago Bear Weather but not quite there. As soon as that first snow flake falls the Bears will put it in another gear and roll over the NFC.

This is Where you get Rich:

Bears -10

Over/Under 37.5

It doesn’t get much easier than this. Get a payday loan, get a loan on the title of your car, borrow money from your boss and put it all on the Bears to cover and for the over hit. This should pay for your trip down to Atlanta to watch the Bears in the Super Bowl.

Start ‘em Sit ‘em:

Start:

Mitch Trubisky: 278 yards, 3 TD 52 rushing yard

Anthony Miller: 7 catches 103 yards 2 TD

Howard Jordan: 115 yards 1 TD

Bears D/ST: 5 sacks 3 Int 1 TD

Sit:

Nathan Peterman: 101 yards 0 TD 3 Int

Lesean McCoy: 48 yards 0 TD

Kelvin Benjamin: 2 catches 29 yards 0 TD

I know the Buffalo defense is decent but their O will put them in bad spots all game and the Bears will take advantage. The Bears D should feast against this team even without Nichol and if Mack is out again.

The Bills:

Offense: We know the O is in shambles. Shady is still decent but he has no offensive line so he has been shut down most of this season. Kelvin Benjamin is a tub of shit and while Zay Jones is a promising young receiver when you have Peterman throwing the ball you don’t have a chance.

Defense: This is the strength of the Bills but even then they’re just ok.  They are 14th (Bears 4th) in yards allowed and 19th (Bears 8th) in points allowed. Tremaine Edmunds and Jordan Poyer are two players to watch. Those guys are good and will be looking to get big free agent contracts on a real NFL team when their deals are up.

Da Bears:

Offense: Unfortunately we lost Kyle Long for most likely the rest of the regular season. He’ll be back for the playoffs. In the meantime, next man up is rookie James Daniels who I think is ready to step in and show the league he is the real deal. Mitch is a couple of overthrows away from being an elite QB as a sophmore. We all heard Nagy tell him he wants Mitch to be special and he will be today. Nagy also said he is going to get Howard going so I expect a lot of 24 today.

Defense: We are without Nichol and probably Mack again, but it doesn’t matter. This is such a deep and dominant squad we don’t skip a beat when a couple of key guys are out. I feel bad for the Lions that have to face a healthy Mack twice in 11 days. Stafford is going to have nightmares for life. For now though I had sources tell me that Nathan Peterman was shopping for his tombstone this week.

The Fans:

As I am writing this my source in the lots tailgating in Buffalo just texted me that a guy got trampled by a police horse and even more tragically the horse took out the bbq grill.  The Bills have shown the world that they are great fans so instead of comparing these great two fan bases I am just going to stick in a couple of my fvorite videos from each side.

And of course this Barstool Original. Have fun today everyone and BEAR DOWN!

Game Predicition:

Bears 35

Bills 6

Coming Up Next Week: The Lions head to Soldiers Field for the first of their two beat downs in a 11 day span.
