San Diego – A woman was caught on camera hurling abuse at a couple who drove just over the 25 miles per hour speed limit in California. The elderly woman, who was walking her dog, unleashed an expletive filled tirade at a young couple driving in a residential area which had a speed limit of 25 miles per hour in San Diego. The couple stop the car as they see the woman waving her arms frantically at them, and then proceed to film the hilarious encounter.

Now here’s a concerned citizen just looking out for what’s good for the pedestrians. You’re in a goddamn residential raiberhood! Figure it out! 25! Up the hill!
