They are playing in the biggest hockey market in the entire world, I get it. But they haven’t won shit to be honest, so the fact this guy is already taking his Audi and painting a Leafs logo on the hood and “91” on the side is getting a little ahead of ourselves.</p><p>I just don’t get why people need to do stuff like this. I love die hard fans. I’d basically do anything Tom Brady told me to do. But I’m not painting a big “12” on my car and driving down the street with the Patriots logo on the hood.</p><p>I can imagine picking someone up for a date in that bad boy would go over really well.</p><div id="Article-Ad-Placeholder" data-union-ad></div><p>“I’ll pick you up at 8 in the Tavaresmobile”</p><p>The real question is the cost. Aren’t paint jobs for cars pretty expensive? I can imagine a custom paint job is going to run you a couple grand. I mean, the guy is already driving a pretty nice car. Maybe put the money towards something else like upgrading your season tickets (this guy absolutely has Leafs season tickets) or maybe go on a road trip and watch the team play.</p><p>Either way, dumb idea.
