The Most Annoying Family Ever Called 911 When Humpback Whales Got Close To Their Boat

MyNorthwest- In a video originally posted to Facebook, we see three humpback whales appear directly alongside and under a family’s boat out on the water near Lynnwood. While the family’s father did what he could to focus attention on the beauty of what was transpiring, we can hear the wife calling 911, fearing that their boat could be tipped by the gentle giants. The father correctly points out that they should not start the motor with the whales directly adjacent, going on to remark on how rare an occurrence this is for anyone, much less a family out for a casual boat ride on a weekend.

I hate everyone in that video. Every last one of them is the worst person of all time. Imagine being the type of person who calls 911 on a humpback whale. Couldn’t be me. I’ll admit that I’ve long been a member of #TeamFuckBodiesOfWater but I hate those people even more than I hate bodies of water. You just gotta relax. The whales weren’t doing anything wrong. It’s gotta be weird for them to have boats driving around where they live so of course they’re gonna check it out and see what’s going on. I just hated how much everyone on the boat was freaking out. I think some of them were crying. The dad was the only sane one telling them that it was gonna be fine and the worst that would happen is they get tipped over. The dad was the levelheaded one on the boat but I hate him for being part of that family.

How about the lady who was still trying to give the 911 operator their GPS location AFTER the whales went away? The absolute worst. Somebody needed to throw her phone and maybe her into the water for that. They were like a mile away from the whales and she was still hyperventilating into the phone for no reason. If you’re the 911 operator on the other end you just gotta hang up the phone and pretend you didn’t just get the dumbest 911 call of all time.
