Back in April, CC Sabathia Told Tonight's Home Plate Umpire Angel Hernandez "Don't Talk To Me, Call Fucking Strikes"

Tonight CC Sabathia makes what could be his final start of his career, and it comes in an elimination game for the New York Yankees in Game 4 of the ALDS. The Yankees suffered their worst loss in franchise postseason history last night, losing 16-1. It was a shell-shocking, dogshit performance, but if there is one guy I want on that mound tonight it’s Carsten Charles Sabathia. He knows the gravity of the situation and has the balls to pitch with that pressure. He’s become the team’s stopper over the last few years and has a great record following a loss. He embraces the moment like no one else on this pitching staff. The only issue going into tonight is that Angel Hernandez will be calling balls and strikes behind home plate. Why does that matter? Well for starters that brainless idiot blew four calls at first base last night so anything he says is up in the air. If there was no such thing as replay we would have had chaos on the base paths. Now he’s behind the plate, and him and CC have a history of course. Earlier this year in Anaheim, Sabathia got in a heated argument with Hernandez as he walked off the mound. You can clearly see him say “Don’t fucking talk to me, call fucking strikes.” This caused Boone to come out and get in Angel’s face as well.

If I were to guess, I’d say Angel has not forgotten that moment and it won’t help CC’s chances tonight. Let’s hope not, because I need 4-5 good innings from the Big Fella. This series is not over, contrary to whatever Boston asshole will tell you from last night. 16-1 sucks, but the series is 2-1. Win tonight, even it up and let’s see what happens in Game 5. This team was down 2-0 to Cleveland last year and we thought there was no shot we’d win in Cleveland for Game 5 against Kluber. It’s baseball, anything can happen. Rewrite the script tonight and come out with some fire. Don’t go down without a fight.
