Manchester United Fans Erupt When A McDonald's Worker Calls For Order Number "69"
It’s the simple pleasures that make life worth living. The smell of coffee in the morning, a midnight stroll with a lover…the number 69 being called out in a packed McDonald’s. Yeah, this could’ve been roll over excitement from Man U’s 3-2 win over Newcastle, but I doubt it. Most people forget about the game the second they leave the stadium and these hooligans seemed far too drunk to focus on anything but their impending McDoubles.
Regardless, the whole situation speaks volumes to the enthusiasm of soccer fans. It doesn’t matter if it’s a game winning goal or a 69 reference, they’ll celebrate just about anything. Granted, most of the time those celebrations turn into deadly riots, but you’ve still got to appreciate the enthusiasm. It almost makes you want to go to a game– until you remember that the game you’d be attending is soccer. I don’t know who got lucky order number 69, but congratulations to them. Looked like it was a crowd pleaser.
