What a catch and run by Hopkins there to completely bury the Cowboys. But he was not without help from Jason Garrett. This was how he decided to best manage the game in OT:

Rod Smith gets his 3rd carry of the game. Dak completes a pass for 8 yards. A shotgun run up the middle for no gain…AND THEN A PUNT FROM THE 42. Spineless. Gutless. Horrible. If the 3rd down playcall wasn’t bad enough, punting from the 42 there on 4th and 1 is fireable. I have never seen a coach try to give a game away more than Jason Garrett. And it was all game. I mean the Texans did everything they could to let the Cowboys win and Garrett downright refused. Very polite of him, but not great when your job is to win football games. I love it though. Even if the Skins lose tomorrow night, still in first place. But man, what a ridiculous coaching job by Jason Garrett.

PS: Congrats to Dak for going over 200 yards for 2 games in a row. I’ll never forgive the Texans for letting him have OT so he could get those last 20 yards, I really wanted to restart the 200 yard clock. The 300 yard clock is now at 8 games though, and 26 out of his last 27. Dak Forever.
