Antti Raanta's New Pads Are Amazing
Man, when I asked for goalies to be more creative with their pads, I didn’t think they’d listen. Arizona Coyotes goalie Antti Raanta is the latest goalie to show off his new set up for the season and they are amazing. A++. 10/10. They couldn’t be any better.
Raanta’s set up features the Coyotes old Kachina logo that they will feature on their third jersey this season, which also is amazing. The logo was the original logo of the franchise when they first became a franchise in 1996. How can you not love these jerseys? I see them and immediately think of JR. The design is impeccable as well.

Biz always talks about how the Coyotes are on the come up and how they are basically going to be the next dynasty in the NHL. But with swagger like this, who can blame him. These pads are unbelievable, their thirds are unbelievable and let’s call a spade a spade, they do have some decent young talent on their roster.
I’m excited for the future in Arizona. Not because if they win Biz is happy and if Biz is happy that makes all of us happy. But I really think they have something going in the desert and they basically drip swag and who knows, maybe they could get hot and make a run.
