Why does the effort stop just because your opponents are 6 year olds who miss their mommies?

Answer: it doesn’t.

Any time there is a hoop, a ball, and a defender – it’s time to ball out.  Good lesson for the kids too.  Some times you’re going to end up at a prep school playing against top 10 recruits that you have no business being on the same court as.  They’re going to jump over you and dunk and rip the backboard down while their nutsack dangles on your forehead.  Get used to it at a young age and it will sting less.
