Adrian Peterson, Possible Washington Redskin

Well good evening and I hope everyone had a good weekend. Mine was decent, nothing to complain about. I watched Molly’s Game, I drank some wine, I went for a steak dinner, I caught up on sleep, I watched The Office, and tonight I will top off my weekend by having some ice cream and watching SummerSlam. I didn’t get to watch NXT last night, but from the clips I’ve seen on Twitter and the internet’s reaction, it was another all-timer that I’ll have to make sure to watch sometime this week.

But anyway, the Redskins are bringing in Adrian Peterson tomorrow for a workout. I don’t hate kicking his tires due to the dire situation of the Skins running game. Guice out, Marshall banged up, Perine banged up, and Fat Rob not exactly setting the world on fire. If AP is the running back that averaged 3.4 yards/carry last year, he’s not worth the paycheck. So that’s why the Skins are going to bring him in and see what he still has left. And Jamaal Charles too.

Charles hasn’t had over 100 carries since 2014, but he has report with Alex Smith and could still have some carries left in those legs.

Personally, I’m interested in seeing what Kapri Bibbs can do before they bring in either Peterson or Charles. Bibbs is so intriguing to me, hope to see him get first team carries this week.

All in all though, seeing Adrian Peterson in a Redskins uniform would be cool. Let’s see what the old man can do.
