Iggy Azalea Confirmed Dating DeAndre Hopkins, Plan Your Fantasy Drafts Accordingly

USA – Iggy Azalea’s days of playing the field are done because she has a new man in her life.

The “Fancy” rapper confirmed she is dating Houston Texans wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins, two years after calling off her engagement to NBA player Nick Young.

“Yea, we’re in a relationship,” Azalea confirmed on Miami’s Y100 radio station while playing “True or False.” During the game, the host asked if she prefers the Miami Dolphins or the Houston Texans, although we think it’s clear which team Azalea chose.

While the Chicks in the Office may approach this new development a little differently, us men all had the same collective thought when we heard the news:

Everyone knows high profile relationships with pop culture stars almost never end well, and the journey along the way is always an adventure. Having your top guy get involved like this right before the season kicks off could be a little troubling for Texans fans. But more importantly, how about his direct, on-field performance and how it will translate to our fake computer games against our friends and co workers? Will Iggy carry with her kind of a bootleg, D-list Kardashian curse? Or will she keep him energized and invigorated to put up eye popping stats and career numbers?

Taking a look at her recent history with athletes: Nick Young. Engaged in 2015. Cheated on quite publicly. Responded by breaking it off – normal reaction. Burned all his clothes and threw them in the pool – understandable, but slightly crazy reaction. High possibility for volatile relationship.

Nick Young – not very good. DeAndre Hopkins – very very good. So something to keep in mind.
