Major League Baseball's Excuse For Not Doing A Tony Gwynn Tribute At The ASG Is Hilariously Stupid

HA! Do you MLB. Way to knock that one out of the park. You know, a simple “We fucked up” usually works. I don’t know if you think we’re all 4 years old but the whole “So many people died and we didn’t want to single out one person” thing is complete and utter bullshit. And here’s the thing, I’m not actually offended by the lack of a tribute, because if you get offended by Major League Baseball and an All-Star Game you need to get your priorities re-arranged. But I do get mad when people think we’re all big dumb idiots and can feed us PR bullshit like we’re lapdogs or something. You didn’t celebrate Tony Gwynn’s life because you were too busy sucking Derek Jeter’s dick. That’s the absolute fact of the matter here. Don’t piss on my shoulder and tell me it’s raining and certainly don’t tell me Tony Gwynn didn’t get a tribute because you were afraid of slighting any other individual.
