The Big Red Mayor - We Did It, Kane Has Been Elected Mayor Of Knox County

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WATE) – Former WWE wrestler, Republican Glenn Jacobs, has been declared the winner of the race for Knox County mayor.

Early and absentee votes showed Jacobs with a commanding 2-1 lead over Democrat Linda Haney.

Both of the candidates expressed optimism about winning on Thursday night, but it’s going to be a tough battle for Haney to pull off an upset against Jacobs.
