Arkansas Woman Shot And Killed Her Husband Because He Bought Porn By Using On-Demand
An Arkansas woman was arrested Saturday after telling police she shot and killed her husband because he bought pornography, officials said.
The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office said in a news release it received a call around 2:30 p.m. from 69-year-old Patricia Hill, who told dispatchers she just shot her 65-year-old husband, Frank.
Mrs. Hill stated that she disagreed with her husband’s purchase of video pornography via the television guide, which she canceled upon discovering the purchase, but Mr. Hill managed to place a subsequent order,” Maj. Lafayette Woods, Jr. said. “Mrs. Hill stated that she entered the shed and asked her husband to leave but he refused.”When her husband didn’t leave the shed, Hill told investigators she went back to their home and got a .22 caliber pistol.
“She went back to the shed a short time later, where she entered and shot her husband twice, striking him once in the leg and once in the head,” Woods said. “Immediately following the shooting, Mrs. Hill stated that she returned inside the residence, where she returned the weapon and called 911 to report the shooting.”
To say this story is shocking is an understatement. I mean, who still buys porn using the remote? Lots of people assume that this tragic event happened because of the porn. I dont believe that to be the case. You can’t even really watch anything too nasty on TV Guide Porn. Hell, I dont even think they do anal on tv. You simply don’t shoot someone over porn if it’s just a little clit diddling or blow jobs (oral sex).
I think this was about money. Even in the happiest of marriages, people argue about money. Money Magazine polled 1,010 married adults ages 25 and over with household incomes above $50,000 to find out how couples manage their finances once they’ve tied the knot. Survey results showed that 70 percent of couples argued about money more than household chores, togetherness, sex, snoring and what’s for dinner.
Those stressors only become more exaggerated as couples become older. Their potential income decreases while the need for solid medical care cost grows. It’s sad. So maybe, just maybe, Patricia had a colonoscopy scheduled this week because she’s been experiencing pain when she “makes.” Not trying to be gross but you know what I mean. She had a lot going on and didnt need 5.99 to disappear because her husband was in there watching the porn remake of the DC Comic’s classic Batman and Throbbin.
Let’s wait until everything shakes out. Regardless, this is a tragic story that I hope we are all taking seriously. I know I am. Namaste.
