The Final Table Of The Million Dollar One Drop Featured One Of The Biggest Hands In TV Poker History
Holy. Shit.
This hand is sick for any situation, nevermind the biggest tournament of the year with $10 million for first place. There is so much going on, from the ace being exposed, to the 8 million dollar difference between 5th and 1st. Fedor seeing the ace and knowing Kaverman would shove most aces preflop allowed him to be certain enough that they were blocking each other, letting him eventually call with his Tens. And then what happened?
BOOOOM.
Rick Salomon jumped to a huge lead, flopping top two and taking command of the hand. It gave him an 84% to win the hand, with Fedor and Kaverman way behind.
But since poker is poker, nothing is that easy. The turn….
Of course it’s the queen of clubs. Now Fedor had additional outs to a straight, and Byron had the nut flush draw, as long as the river wasn’t the king of clubs because that’d give Salomon the full house.
The river though…..
Unbelievable. The young prince Fedor Holz does it again. Scored the double knock out to vault to a huge chip lead.

And that’s just where the fun got started, because it became the Justin Bonomo show from there on out. He maneuvered his way through 3 handed play, eventually facing Fedor heads up where he played this hand perfectly and later secured the win.
