And that’s that. A final bow on the entire Luis Suarez bitegate. I loved every second of it. And at the end of the day this apology perfectly encapsulates why. A grown man has to release an official statement saying he will not bite any more human beings. It’s outrageous, it’s absurd, and it’s absolutely hilarious. Luis Suarez basically just learned something everyone teaches their puppy. I think I was taught not to bite other people when I was 4. Some of us just mature later in life I guess. I don’t begrudge him for a second. I also am praying he does it again at some point because at the end of the day I want to be entertained and a 4th bitegate would be nothing short of fantastic.
