Is There Any Person You'd Put Up 40 Billboards In The Same City For?

Alright, let’s take it easy here Jacob. We’re talking about Paul George here. I mean you’re an attorney in Los Angeles, you don’t really need to worry about courting Paul George like this. He’s going to come to Los Angeles the question is just whether or not it’s this year or in a year or two. If he stays with Oklahoma City he’ll sign a 1 year + 1 year player option contract.

This leads to the better question though. Who would you put up 40 billboards in the same damn city for? I can’t really think of anyone. Well, I shouldn’t say that. The moment Eli Manning retires I will put up a billboard for him in the city while crying thanking him for the 2 Super Bowl victories I’ve got to witness. But 40? Jacob has either a bit too much money here or has no idea how to spend it properly.

Here’s the other thing. Do billboard ads even work? I’m going to guess with no when it comes to athletes. I’m pretty sure Paul George isn’t going to see these billboards and be like ‘yep, Los Angeles it is. Time to be best friends with Jacob Emrani and play with Lonzo Ball.’
