10+ Minutes Of The Caps And Knights Mic'd Up From The Finals To Enjoy During The Parade

Oh man, this is wonderful stuff. Whenever they release audio from the ice of the players and refs, and inside the locker room, it’s always great. Yeah, this is the very, veryyyy rated G version, but it’s still great stuff.

Biggest takeaways:

1) Reaves is a clown and it’s downright shocking Vegas gave him minutes in the Cup.

2) Love when the ref told James Neal they weren’t going to call the game any different just because it’s Tom Wilson. Neal had this “aw, god dammit” look on his face, and then sadly agreed with the ref that it was a good hit.

3) Lots of yelling after goals.

4) The Vegas home locker room…woof. I guess they never did spruce it up after all?

5) I’ll never get sick of hearing Ovi going nuts after winning game 5. The moments between him and his teammates, especially Backstrom who has been his main center all these years, are so awesome. And this moment between him and Chiasson, fantastic.

6) Trotz is a beast. Nobody was sure if he’d be back this year, and he was given the chance and it ended with him lifting the Cup. Gotta believe he’ll be back next season to make another run at it.
