It Turns Out The Heckler That Kevin Durant Had To Be Held Back From Said "You Cheese Butt" Not "UT's Butt"

A little bit of housekeeping on this Friday evening, which I admit looks like a news dump but I assure you it isn’t. I had to correct something from yesterday’s blog about KD and his heckler. It turns out that KD was triggered by being called a “Cheese Butt” instead of hearing the place he spent a couple of months of his 2006 AND 2007 “butt”. Which again, is definitely not out of the realm of possibilities for a guy that has social media burner accounts. But again, it was “Cheese Butt” that got KD’s goat.

I personally apologize to Kevin, the heckler, and the entire University of Texas. I actually initially wrote that it was cheese butt, but saw someone say it was UT’s butt and thought that made more sense because Cheese Butt seems like a ridiculously childish thing to call someone. However, if I went to Urban Dictionary, I would have learned that Cheese Butt is actually a much meaner than it sounds.

Cavs fans can do whatever they want with this intel during tonight’s potential elimination game. But please don’t chant it at Kevin all game long. It seems to really bother him.

Also if I asked you describe what you thought this heckler looked like by just hearing his voice, I’m pretty sure everybody would draw this kid to a tee.
