Karl-Anthony Towns Wants It Known That Joel Embiid Is Actually A Bitch. Embiid Says Towns Has Been A Pussy His Whole Life

When Karl-Anthony Towns was drafted #1 overall by the Minnesota Timberwolves, my only concern with his game was that he was too nice of a human being. He’s a smily fella, he likes video games and whatnot. He tried to post up Boogie Cousins like an ant trying to push over the Empire State Building. Jimmy Butler was a stereotypical ’80s movie high school bully towards him and Andrew Wiggins. All of those concerns are now firmly in the past.

He called Joel Embiid a bitch on multiple social media platforms hours after fighting him a day after being named Western Conference Player of the Week eight (8) days into the season. Philly fans absolutely cannot chirp another big man for talking shit on social media when that’s quite literally all Joel Embiid has done since he got in the League. Now, fair is fair: Ben Simmons choked him out, he still has to work on his ground game, but outside of that he’s clearly more than ready to take that next step. Embiid is going to respond, it’s going to be funny, this will drag on throughout the season and it wont get resolved until the All Star Game at the earliest. Hopefully we get something spicy out of that but if not we will assuredly get something on March 24 when Philly travels to Minnesota for Round 2 of suddenly the most electric rivalry in basketball.
