Is There Such A Thing As Too Much Cheese On A Burger?
Holy CHEESY! I love cheese. It's awesome. Who doesn't love cheese? Whether it's American, cheddar, brie, muenster, pepper jack, or of course fresh mozzarella it's all wonderful especially when melted. So what's something that should go on burgers more often? Melted fresh mozzarella with it's counterpart roasted red peppers of course! Although sometimes there could be TOO MUCH cheese which is what went down here. It was just cheese on top of cheese on top of cheese. Butera's photo's of their actually italian food did look amazing though. Sadly burgers and italian restaurants don't always mix!
