The group run by Roy DeMeo and Gambino capo Nino Gaggi killed dozens and possibly hundreds of people by various methods but ultimately through a process they used in the Gemini Lounge, a bar they group worked out of. Eventually though through paranoia and deceitful behavior the world came crashing down.
