Theo Von Might Be The Funniest Dude I've Ever Met
New episode of KFC Radio is out now featuring Theo Von. Hottest comedian in the game right now. Had a Netflix special a while back but he hadnt truly popped till 2018-2019 after Joe Rogan tapped him on the shoulder. When you get that call…when Joe Rogan sends you a DM and says he likes your shit and he wants to have you on…POW, your life is changed forever. He got the call from Rogan and he’s doing The King and the Sting with Brendan Schaub. Always hangin out with Delia (Who, side note, has landed a recurring role on S2 of “You” on Netflix which is a monster jump into the mainstream). Theo has just hit the warp drive and gone hyper speed to the next level with his career.
But honestly its not even about the resume. The dude just has a natural presence to him that is so goddam funny. The accent, the word choice, the delivery, the hair, the style, the way his brain works, all of it is just so goddam hilarious. Caleb is very similar to Theo in that respect. Just a whole vibe to him thats a little bit weird and a little off where it almost feels like hes running a bit on you even though you’re just shooting the shit. Just a natural aura of funny on a level that I dont think I’ve ever seen on anyone else. He came through to sell some tix to his show tonight in Boston (with Francis opening) and ended up hanging out for like 2 hours. Cohosted the entire podcast talking about the Chinese army, sneaking into his friend’s house to look at his dad’s porno mags, his night with a NYC taxi driver, a hooker, and a whole lotta cocaine, and his upbringing as the only white kid in a very poor town in Louisiana. He did Answer The Internet afterwards with his brain that is PERFECTLY suited for that video. He just fit in so seamlessly it was incredible.
