LeBron James Told Dwyane Wade That Their Last Game Together Was Either Going To Be At Staples Center Or Madison Square Garden

So I woke up to see this video after spending the entire night tossing and turning about the mere thought of the Mets trading Noah Syndergaard to the Yankees and I cannot be happier that I missed Knicks fans on Twitter trying to figure out which bridge to jump off of after the scab of LeBron passing over the Knicks yet again was picked yet by LeBron sucking The Garden’s dick with 100 cameras and microphones around him. LeBron playing footsie with Knicks fans only to leave us with a murderous case of blue balls is as much a part of his legacy as the chalk toss or leaving his current team for a younger, more athletic team once his contract is up. Which is why I knew that quote was clearly not about LeBron almost signing with the Knicks over the summer.

If you actually thought LeBron James had any thoughts of signing with the Knicks this summer, you need to say 5 prayers to Godzingis as a penance and punch yourself in the face. LeBron James wasn’t going to spend the twilight of his basketball career and the dawn of his film making career in New York City let alone go from having Dan Gilbert as an owner to James Dolan.

I am also sick of LeBron’s whole Madison Square Garden schtick too. The Knicks have never been even close to signing Bron Bron and he was literally flipping water bottles onto the court there during a game two seasons ago.

Now it’s one of the two places in the ENTIRE world that would be suitable for him to play his last game against his friend? Get the fuck out of my face, Bron Bron.

Also LeBron’s last game against Wade being some marquee event that needed to be on the biggest stage is hilarious to me. LeBron-Wade wasn’t Magic-Bird, Shaq-Kobe, or even Jordan-Pippen. It was two all-time great Hall of Fame players that came into the league the same year, teamed up together, for sure changed the dynamics of the NBA, dominated the league for a few years before LeBron thought Wade was toast and bolted back to a promising Cavs team that tanked their way into getting talent (h/t to the NBA for fixing a few lotteries). There was no legendary rivalry or anything like that. The press conference where they sucked their own dick about Not 1, Not 2, Not 3 championships, the Banana Boat picture, and the picture of that ridiculous alley-oop are all a bigger part of their legacy than anything that happened outside of those two championships in Miami.

In closing, I don’t really know what else to say other than I will never believe LeBron ever thought about signing with the Knicks because that is against everything we have ever seen from him.

Kevin Durant however? He is a lock for orange and blue. Unleash the Photoshop!
