Get Tom Couglin the fuck outta Jacksonville. This was never going to go well. Some old ass curmudgeon trying to instill old school work on today's NFL. Players like Jalen Ramsey, and Dante Fowler and apparently the rest of the organization werent gonna put up with that. 

25 percent of all grievances were against the Jaguars. 25 percent! The Jaguars are one of just 32 teams. How in the fuck did they get 25 percent of the grievances?

And you know what? You get that many grievances and win, fine. That's the name of the game. But they are LOSERS. They've been losing year after year after year except for one outlier. 

Get Tom Coughlin out. Get Dave Caldwell out. Get everyone out. Start the whole thing over again.
