There's Nothing Like Playing In The WSOP Main Event And I Can't Wait To Do It Again

And that’s how it ends. Showers for me. Was a great experience once again though. No complaints. Well besides the food poisoning, that sucked. But another wonderful trip to the desert.

The Main Event is a tough cookie. What a roller coaster. Yesterday I went from 60k starting, up to 140k, and finished the day with 48.5. Today I went up to 109.5k after the first 2 hour level, and then finished level 2 with 64.5 after being as low as 45. Just up and down, up and down.

Finally, I got it in really good with A9 vs A8, and he flopped an 8. Poker, man. Poker.

Overall I think I played well. I know I made some mistakes, but let me tell you, poker is hard. Pros talk all the time about working on their game, studying, getting in the lab, and they ain’t wrong. It’s a tough, tough game. I know I’m *decent* at poker, but I still have so much to learn. So that’s my plan. Get better at poker.

Oh yeah, I didn’t aces once all tournament. Nor kings. What the hell, man? Give me the good cards, ya jerks.

But yeah. Thanks to PlayMGM for the great week.

And fuck Norman Chad.

People’s champ, out!

PS: It’s still crazy to me the poker world won’t take advantage of the Barstool audience and toss me on a TV table. It’s the same old players over and over again. We have such an awesome audience, excited about poker for the first time in god knows how long, and they just refuse to take advantage of it. So frustrating. But I trust the process. We’re growing. All the support means a lot and matters a lot. So for everyone who followed along, RT’d, and got invested, I can’t thank you enough. Can’t wait for the next tournament. Bless.
