The thing everyone knew was going to happen for like a year is finally happening. Steve Yzerman is returning home to Detroit to save the Wings. And you know what…I am happy for them. There are certain teams in the league that make the NHL more compelling when they’re good and the Detroit Red Wings are definitely one of them. Yzerman is one of the best GMs in the game, but he has his work cut out for him because look at this fucking mess
Woof. It’s going to be a long road but if anyone can save Detroit it’s Yzerman…or Big Cat. Either way, great story and I am extremely jealous
