It Looks Like Conor McGregor's Return To The Octagon Is Right Around The Corner

McGregor says here that he offered to step in and save UFC 222 by facing Frankie Edgar at Featherweight and the UFC turned down the offer, telling him there wasn’t enough time to generate the money that they’d need, and I have no idea if that’s true (it’s probably not) but all that means is that he’s ready to fight again. Ignore all of the shit about outside commitments and the UFC having to come get him, not the other way around, just forget right about it. He’s got the itch to walk into the octagon and bounce skulls off the canvas. That’s all we needed. Money’s cool, lamborghinis are alright, going on “dates” with Rita Ora’s fine, but fighting is what Conor does. He loves the fight game. Lives, breathes, eats, sleeps, fighting.
