Elias Pettersson Is So Good And So Young It's Almost Unfair

The rookie just does not stop. Elias Pettersson scored this insane shootout goal tonight against the New Jersey Devils in the Canucks 3-2 loss. I really do wish this kid came along like 3-4 years earlier. I can only imagine the damage he would of done with the Sedins

Pettersson is the rookie of the year and it’s really not close. In 59 games played the 20-year-old has 58 points (26g, 32a) and is the best player on the ice at times. The kid obviously has a lot to learn and once he puts on a little weight and develops his game defensively I think this kid will be one of the top players in the NHL.

Fuck was that shootout move nice too. Anytime anyone breaks out the Forsberg you got to give them the credit they deserve. Certainly not an easy move to pull off against the best goalies in the world. Not a big deal at all.
