Michael Crabtree Vs. Aqib Talib Round 2

Quick flashback to Round 1 last season when Aqib Talib snatched the chain directly off the neck of Michael Crabtree in what remains the most disrespectful thing these eyes have ever seen go down on a football field.

And now this happens almost immediately in today’s game. Now, this isn’t the first time these two teams have squared off this season, but Crabtree missed the bout in Denver. I’m sure he was very upset he wasn’t able to get his revenge in Denver and had to settle this beef at home knowing good and well he wont have to see Talib again until 2018. As for this fight, good on Crabtree for initiating it. You can’t live the rest of your life having another man rip the chain off your neck in front of the entire country in one of the most viral clips from the 2016 season. You just can’t. But it’s hard to say Talib outright lost this one. He got shoved to the ground, no doubt, but he also ripped Crabtree’s helmet off, proceeded to throw said helmet at Crabtree, and then followed him back to the middle of the field to exchange some punches – none of which landed for either party.

Again, good for Crabtree for standing up for himself and trying to exact some revenge, but this round was a draw at best.

Shoutout Marshawn for escorting Talib out of the game. Marshawn is a known peace keeper and he decided he didn’t want any more violence on his field on this day.
