I Am Officially All In On The Ben McAdoo Era After Today's Press Conference With His Oversized Suit

Considering a good chunk of Giants fans had never heard Ben McAdoo speak and/or thought he was a mute, today was a big day for Big Blue’s new coach. And he didn’t disappoint.
Because what we got was a man with a suit two sizes too big that disconnected his mustache from his goatee. Some people may want their NFL team’s head coach to look like a male model up there, but I want a guy that looks like he only owns one suit and cannot wait to kick it off the minute he gets home. Sure McAdoo said that the suit is too big because he lost a bunch of weight. But if you think that getting paid millions of dollars would cause Big Ben Mac Adoo to change his lifestyle or wardrobe, this press conference told you that you were sadly mistaken. This is a man that won’t bend to the pressure of the media or common fashion sense. He is a leader of men, not a follower of trends. And yes, he IS like Michael Klump.
And while his facial hair truly does concern me, I like that we have a creepy looking coach that owns his look. Virtual Ben McAdoo patrolling the sideline in next year’s Madden is going to be AWESOME. Because if they were able to nail the “Face Can Freeze At Any Time Tom Coughlin” look, I can’t wait to see what they do with McAdoo’s “Guy You Would Feel Awkward Leaving Your Kids Unattended Around” look
Obviously I liked that McAdoo gave a ton of credit to Coughlin and said he is keeping Coughlin Time around the team. And he will have to keep the culture in a place where players will continue to show up five minutes early. Also, I think the “fluid” talk about the coaching staff was kind of weird, even though it’s probably just posturing until contracts are finalized. But McAdoo is our weirdo now. We have to have his back just like we had Eli’s before he became a two-time Super Bowl champ. Lets do this Benjamin Lee! And promise me you won’t be the next Ray Handley.
