The Yuggernauts Won Their First Men's League Game EVER In The New Coach Tate Era And The Haters Are Furious

There is something so sweet about the taste of victory, but it's even better when all you've ever known was defeat.

I showed up to the arena an hour early for the first game in the 2026 Yuggernauts season to get a lay of the land and do some scouting on the other teams in the league. This shit means something to me. Like I said before, I am not the guy that is going to light up the box score but I am the ultimate glue guy. I am all the way bought in on this team. I grabbed my jersey which happened to be number 0. I thought that was fitting for me as everyone thinks I will score zero points this year but be patient because my time will come.

The place was buzzing with excitement to see what this Yugs team had to offer in this new era with new faces and coaches. We even had a special guest, Stu Feiner come sit courtside to cheer on the squad. It was special night and the start of a new era for the franchise.

It was obvious to me that my playing time would be limited so I was ready to do whatever I could to help the team get a W. So I did what I do best, the little things that go unnoticed. I set a new franchise record for the most daps, towels tossed and scoring celebrations performed on the sideline of any game in the history of basketball. We've only just begun. I am so fired up for what this team is building as this season is underway.

After 40 grueling minutes of blood, sweat and tears the Yuggernauts secured their first win in franchise history with a 41-31 victory over Net Worth. This would not have been possible without the prowess of first year head coach, Ohio's Tate. If you were to tell me that the Yuggernauts could acquire the 2020 Ohio HS State Coach of the Year, I wouldn't believe you. That's a guy that I want in my corner 100 times out of 100. He is a hardass who wants to win but he also listens to his players when necessary.

I was finally given a chance by coach Tate to get some minutes (seconds) in our first game. Cheers from 3 courts over erupted as I peeled off my warmup and sprinted on to the court with less than 10 seconds left in the second half. Following in the footsteps of my personal coach and mentor Mark Titus, I got my first career trillion and I am now an honorary member of Club Trillion. Although I didn't get my first point of the season yet… a victory with the boys is just as good

(The Yuggernauts have never lost a game when I have been a member of the roster)

We're on to week two and remember… IT JUST TAKES ONE!
