UFC 332 Has Been An Absolutely Awesome Card

UFC 332 has been catching flack all week for being one of the worst "numbered events" of all time, I think mostly because of the Natalia Silva vs Wang Cong main event. It is a weird one, I agree - especially because it's for Valentina Shevchenko's vacant title. Basically no matter who wins, we all know who the best in the world is....and the strawweight division has the same issue right now where Mackenzie Dern is champ while Zhang Weili exists. It's just not the most enticing headliner for a big arena card.

Everything else, though? It's been pretty damn awesome tonight! We've had 10 out of 12 fights end via KO/TKO, and SEVEN first round finishes in a row! That's never been done before! And the 10 finishes is a record in the modern era!

We've still got Payton Talbott vs Deiveson Figueiredo and Natalia Silva vs Wang Cong coming up as well.

UFC 332 proves why you don't always judge a book by its cover, or a UFC PPV by its main event.
