I Miss Thursday Night College Football And Someone Needs To Make It Great Again

I don't know what made me say it in the moment of Pick Em' (you could say that for a lot of things I say on Pick Em) but I'm glad I did because, we need to talk more about :

- How great Thursday Night College Football used to be

- How bad it is now

- And what we can do to bring it back 

Maybe I'm the minority here, and I get that the NFL has dominated the world. Look no further than MLB and the World Series avoiding Sunday nights, look at the NFL barging in on the Christmas door of the NBA, the year round cycle of news, that the draft, schedule release, everything has become an event. They run shit. And yes, like last night there are some good high scoring NFL games, and some fun ones etc. And most people will say more NFL is better, but maybe it's because I'm old or the nostalgia etc - but College Football used to fuck rock on Thursday nights. 

This game in particular, will always be the crown jewel.  

Think about it. Thursday night's in college have run supreme since they put labels on the beer bottles. Everyone on the planet is turnt up, the campus is rocking, people are looking for a good time, it's a tough environment making for a tough game ... it's everything you fucking want in a college football game and it's really upsetting we just don't have it anymore. Like really upsetting. I get that the NFL is the main event, but it doesn't mean college should just roll over.  Put on decent games or at least 1 good one. If the NFL stinks, people will watch, or with all us guys with multiple screens will watch all of it.
